Introduction Every wonder what everybody else is drawing on CueTable? Try our new Shot Browser. It showcases some of the interesting shots other players have drawn on the internet. The idea is to introduce a new way for billiard enthusiasts to enjoy the most important part of our game, the shot, at a self-paced speed. Furthermore, they can now find shots they like and join the discussion directly without browsing through texts or using keyword searching. At a higher level, it will help bonding our community members in sharing serious fun. How It Works When starting, the software loads a play list file which contains information on recently drawn layouts on the net. It then displays the layouts in a "slide show" fashion. You can sit back and watch it cycling through all the shots. It will automatically go back to the beginning of play list once all shots have been displayed.
As each shot is displayed, the associated information, such as the date, title and artist name, will be shown in the center of the navigation bar located in the lower center of the software. If you would like to go to the origin web page to learn more about the shot or to discuss with the author, simply click on the information text. You can also "flip through" the shots in the play list by clicking on the arrows located at both ends of the navigation bar.
If you would like to share an interesting shot, please send it to us using the form below or submit it to CueTable Library Layout Archive. At the beginning of each week we will sample some of the most talked-about shots and update the broadcast. Please also make sure to include a title, the date, the layout data, and the URL where the shot has been hosted.
